The property is located off Midland Road on what is locally known as the 'Red Lane Industrial Estate' to the North East of Coventry City Centre. Access to the estate is gained from Waterman Road/Red lane from the main A444 (Phoenix Way), which provides direct access to Junction 3 of the M6 motorway, approximately 4.7 miles distant.
